Rich is the Associate Director for Indiana Local Technical Assistance Program at the Lyles School of Civil and Construction Engineering at Purdue University.
Since joining the Indiana LTAP Center in the fall of 2007, Rich has been in charge of the overall training portfolio. This includes the LTAP road scholar program, asset management program, PASER training, CDL training, and the LTAP Workforce Safety Series of workshops. As Associate Director, he oversees several high-profile projects and collaborates closely with both public and private sector partners to enhance the value of the Indiana LTAP Program.
