Shan Gunawardena has been on the APWA Indiana Chapter Board since 2014 serving as the Treasurer. He is a licensed Civil Engineer with a background in Traffic Engineering. A graduate of Purdue University, Shan has over 30 years of experience and has been with the city of Fort Wayne since 2007, and currently services as the Director of Public Works.
